Hotel Deposit Policy

Hotel Deposit Policy At the time your reservation is made, an advance deposit/payment will be charged to your credit card and applied to your final bill.

We accept VISA card, MasterCard and American Express Card.

Hotel confirmations will be emailed no later than 48 hours after the Hotel has confirmed the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations must be cancelled by 6.00 p.m. local time - 30 days (or more) prior to scheduled arrival, deduct 10% administration and banking charge

  • 15 days prior to scheduled arrival, 50% will be refunded
  • 7 days prior to scheduled arrival, charge two nights - Less than 7 days to scheduled arrival, no refund
