All the staffs at Samui Natien, they make me feel valued and try to make things as easy and pleasant as possible for me to stay there. It’s not only the quality of their services that make me go back but that I always leave feeling reassured that they know and care about their business and value my custom.
Everyone remembers good service. It’s the difference between a good meal and a great meal that I find in this place. Good service is about how we feel, treated and valued as customers. Samui Natien Resort
We are now in Sweden with cold weather and snow 2 days after we left your island. We really miss Koh Samui and all the friendly people there, specially the staff on your hotel. We looked at the Web-camera yesterday and saw Thao and rest of the staff in the restaurant.
We will all send you a BIG THANK YOU for a very pleasant stay at your hotel and your nice staff. Especially to Thao that took very good care of us when we were on the beach nearly every day. We will also send a BIG HALLO to Elisabeth (Mia) and Classe in room 606, we saw them on the Web-camera yesterday showing all the things they had bought.

It is a beautiful boutique hotel surrounded by tropical and exotic plants. The hotel is a footstep away from a white sandy beach. The restaurant is located by the beach front and is one of the best for servings local and international foods with friendly staffs to make you feel at home. It is an ideal location to walk to local activities: local and international restaurants and bars, art and craft shops as well as antique shops etc. There are many expensive hotels in Samui that I have stayed,this one is not expensive which impressed me for the best service that I have and always come back for more. It is a unique and priceless place to be in. If you strongly believe that your holiday is important for you and your family, Samui Natien Resort is standing above the norm. My profession is a Psychologist and I can tell you that this place is a gateway to retrive and recharge your body, mind and spirit. You know it when you get there!

I felt very sad when I had to leave, I just wanted to stay. I got a very special relationship to your night staff in the restaurant, so please give my very best and personal regards to: Goy, Khan, Vit, Porn, Tam, Sata and the two trainees (hope I didn't forget anyone!). Also regards to the day staff in the restaurant, everyone in the reception, my room cleaning lady and security guards.

To be at a Hotel that has every thing you could want is the best feeling. Friendly staff who really want to help and smiles that are the best in Thailand is hard to beat.
Being so close to the beach that it feels part of the complex and the convenience of the pool is a bonus. I came to relax and unwind and you and your staff made it possible. Thank you.

We have just returned to Dubai after staying at your hotel for two weeks (Rooms 501 and 502). I would like to thank all of your staff for making it a thoroughly enjoyable stay. In the past we have stayed at the Amari, Blue Lagoon and the Chaweng Regent, but it is the Natien that I will recommend to my friends.

I got your name from Narong. I have just returned from the Samui Natien after my 6th stay at your hotel. I had a wonderful time as usual. The staff always makes me feel at home. At reception June, Mas, Lee and Muk dealt with me with great kindness. Santi, Nan, Jin and all the staff in the restaurant provide a great service and Narong who gave me much information on where to shop. I hope to see you all next year.

Now we are back in Norway and have started on work again .......aaaahhhhhh it's hard after a long holiday!
But - I wanted to thank you again for our wonderful holiday in your hotel - room 301 - 15-31 of August! Your hotel was a very kindly and wonderful place to stay on Koh Samui! Your hotel is exactly the right size - not too big and impersonal, and just big enough to offer the perfect personal service both in the reception and restaurant! And the swimming pool, and the view from the balcony....... everything was just beautiful!
